The Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA) is dedicated to empowering aspiring professionals as they begin their careers in speech-language pathology and audiology. At the heart of this goal lies the TSHA Graduate Student Representative (GSR) position. TSHA GSRs serve as student voices on TSHA's Executive Board, amplifying student needs and ideas, collaborating on new initiatives to best serve students, and connecting with fellow graduate students all across Texas.

Who's eligible?
- First-year speech-language pathology graduate students
- First- and second-year audiology graduate students
What does a TSHA GSR do?
- Advocate for fellow students within the fields by serving as their voice on the TSHA Executive Board
- Share student needs and ideas in Executive Board meetings and in interactions with fellow students across Texas
- Attend all TSHA Executive Board meetings
How can serving as a GSR benefit you?
- Network with seasoned speech-language pathologists and audiologists who can serve as mentors
- Gain insight into how TSHA works and the individuals who help run the organization
- Experience the TSHA Convention from a different point of view as a Convention volunteer
- Build lasting relationships with Executive Board members
- Grow as an individual and leader while having fun
