TSHA 2026 Scholarship Supported by Spotter Staffing

TSHA is excited to announce that they have partnered with Spotter Staffing to offer a 2026 TSHA Scholarship—a $1,000 award exclusively for a graduate student who is a member of the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA).

Scholarship Details

  • One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a TSHA graduate student member
  • Application deadline: February 1
  • Spotter will review all submitted responses and choose the candidate who best aligns to Spotter’s core values to receive the 2026 Spotter Scholarship. 

Who's Eligible?

  • Candidates must currently be enrolled in a graduate SLP program
  • Candidates must be a current, 2026 student member of TSHA
  • Candidates must be willing to submit a professional photograph and be interviewed for a blog post on Spotter Staffing's website (if selected for scholarship)

How to Apply

  1. Become a TSHA Member: If you’re not already a member, sign up here.
  2. Submit Your Application via Email: Email Dr. Dawn at DCallahan@SpotterStaffing.com by February 1, with the following details:
    • Subject Line: 2026 TSHA Scholarship
    • Your Full Name, Contact Information (Email & Phone), University, Degree Program, and Expected Graduation Date
    • A 350-word response to the following prompt: Spotter’s core values are Development, Perseverance, Passion, Altruism, and Integrity. Choose one value and explain how it will shape your career, improve the care you provide, and contribute to your success.

While attendance at TSHA 2026 is not a requirement, this year's scholarship winner will be announced at the TSHA 70th Annual Convention & Exhibition, set for February 19-21 in Fort Worth.
