Access My TSHA CE Registry

The TSHA CE Registry is a TSHA member benefit, making it easier than ever to keep track of CE credits earned and print your certificates.

Before you begin: Please log into the TSHA website at the link in the upper right-hand corner before accessing any of the links below. If you experience challenges logging in on a mobile device, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.

Please note: on November 13, 2023, between 8:00 PM and 11:59 PM CT, the LearningBuilder website will be undergoing maintenance; during this timeframe, users may experience intermittent delays. Thank you for your patience.

Self-Reporting CE Courses for TSHA Members

Access the TSHA Member Registry

  • Note: If you are asked to log in, do so in the upper right hand corner and then return to this page to access the Registy.
  • Once you are in your registry, you have the option to add a sponsor course a TSHA course, or a convention course.
  • Choose the appropriate button and enter the verification code for the completed course in the provided box. Course verification codes are provided at the end of each course once it’s been completed. (If you misplace your verification code, you will need to contact the course sponsor)
    • Note: You will only use the ‘Add course’ button for Convention courses if you need to report courses late.
  • Click the orange search button and your course should appear.
  • Select the course and complete the requested information (Note: If the select button is grey, you have already added this course to your registry).
  • Click submit and your course will be added to your registry with a pdf certificate.
  • A printer-friendly copy of your entire registry is available by clicking on the "View Printable Transcript" button at the top left.

Self-Reporting CE Courses for Non-Members

If you have not yet created a guest account, you can do so here.

If you have not created a guest account previously, that’s the first step to access the TSHA Continuing Education system. Once you create a guest account, return to this page and click on the "Print e-learning Certificate" button and follow the instructions above.

Print e-Learning Certificate

  • Click on the CE Registry menu item located under the Continuing Education tab.
  • Click the red "Print e-Learning Certificate" button.
  • Choose "Add a TSHA Course" button.
  • Enter the course verification code in the Course ID field and select search. Your course should appear in the options below. If it doesn't please double check the verification code. (The course verification code/course ID are provided at the end of a course by a sponsor. If you misplace this code, please contact the sponsor directly.)
  • Enter the completion date and verification code/course ID.
  • Once you complete this you will be redirected to the evaluation.
  • Complete the evaluation and choose the next button.
  • If payment is required (TSHA sponsored courses only), complete the payment information and complete your purchase.
  • You will be redirected to the certificate printing page. You will also receive an email with a link to print your certificate.
  • Choose the blue "View Printable Transcript" button at the top left of the page.
  • Select the "Print" link at the top right of the page. Your certificate will appear and be ready for printing.
  • Please note that you will have 5 days to print your certificate. After 5 days you will have to complete the process again. For TSHA sponsored courses, participants will have to pay another $20 for access the certificate.

Online Course Certificates for Nonmembers

    • If you are interested in maintaining a permanent registry, please consider a TSHA Membership.
  • If you have not already created a "Guest Account" please click here to do so.
  • Return to this page, and click the red ‘Access the TSHA Registry’ link above.
  • Choose "Add a TSHA Course" button.

Convention Reporting for the 2024 TSHA Convention

The deadline to report CE credit for the TSHA Annual Convention  is Friday, March 22nd. If you are interested in submitting for late reporting, please contact TSHA at ceprocessor@txsha.org. Only TSHA CE credit can be reported in the late-reporting cycle and incurs a $25 late fee. ASHA CE credit reporting has closed at this time. For further instructions, please follow this link.

If you have already submitted your CE credit reporting, but would like to download your certificate, it is available on the TSHA Convention Evaluation page. Note: The data you submitted during your CE credit reporting will be added to your TSHA or ASHA registry approximately 60 days following the event. It will not automatically appear on your TSHA CE Registry. Thank you for your patience while we wait for this data to be transferred to the TSHA CE Registry system.
