Booking Deadline: Wednesday, December 30, 2026, or until our room types sell out (whichever comes first). After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel's prevailing rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be processed at the time of booking. The deposit will be refundable if notice of cancellation is given to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Important Details
Airport Information: TSHA recommends flying into the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The hotels are approximately 21 miles from the airport.
