  • 8’ high black drape with 3’ high wing dividers

Official Service and Material Handling Contractor

Inclusive Management Services (IMS) is the Official General Services Contractor of the upcoming TSHA Conference. Other official show suppliers are listed on the “Exhibitor Services Directory” page of the Manual. Inclusive Management Services (IMS) is the Decorator for this event. The exhibitor services desk can be found in the back of the hall labeled “Service Desk.”

Please refer to this online manual for all show information such as shipping, booth furnishings, AV services, and more. Pay close attention to the Quick Facts and Important Dates to ensure timely ordering or submissions that will save you money on your booth package. The discount deadline for IMS orders is Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

Shipping

Refer to the section marked “Shipping” for shipping instructions. We also encourage exhibitors to purchase insurance coverage for their booth, in the event your display is damaged or lost in transit. Please note that the instructions for shipping in advance differ from those for shipping to show site. Obtaining insurance is highly encouraged by TSHA Show Management.

  • Shipments should arrive between Monday, January 22, 2024 and Friday, February 16, 2024. All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 30% late fee.
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, February 16, 2024 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

  • Direct shipments will be accepted on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 and receiving will only take place during exhibitor move-in hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Do not deliver prior to February 21, 2024, Facility will refuse shipment.

Rules and Regulations

Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with all pertinent regulations and codes concerning fire, safety and health, and codes of conduct, which may be applicable in the exhibit hall during the event. Exhibitors must comply with all of the policies, rules, terms and regulations contained in the Exhibitor contract. A copy of these rules and regulations is included within your contract confirmation email.

Hotel Reservations

Discounted room rates are available for TSHA 67th Annual Convention & Exhibition exhibitors at the hotels listed below. Don’t wait to book…rooms fill up fast. TSHA cannot guarantee rates and availability after the cut-off when TSHA room blocks may be released and the hotel may charge a significantly higher rate. The official housing cut-off date is Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

Registration

The link for exhibitor registration to register your company personnel is coming soon!

As a reminder, each exhibitor will receive a total of three (3) complimentary Exhibitor badges per 10’x10’ sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased which includes access to the Exhibit Hall. Additional Exhibit Hall-only badges cost $40.

Full-convention exhibitor registration prices are as follows:

  • Exhibitor Full Registration Member Early: $275
  • Exhibitor Full Registration Member Regular: $310
  • Exhibitor Full Registration Member Onsite: $375
  • Exhibitor Full Registration Non Member Early: $465
  • Exhibitor Full Registration Non Member Regular: $465

Empty Crates

It is important that crates or boxes be removed from the floor and placed in storage as soon as they are empty. All crates should be closed securely and “empty” stickers should be attached as soon as they are emptied. Open crates will not be accepted for storage. A clearly marked “empty” sticker containing your booth number and company identification securely attached to your empty crates will expedite their return to you at the close of the show. Empty crates will be returned to your booth after the close of the show. No empty boxes or crates may be stored in the exhibit area or in the service aisle due to Fire Marshal regulations.

Security & Wellbeing

Realizing the value and importance of your equipment and exhibit material, security guards will be located around the perimeter of the hall from the beginning of move-in to the end of move-out. It should be made clear, however, that although Show Management is providing this service, Show Management is not responsible for any loss or damage of material.

TSHA is continuing to make preparations to hold the Annual Convention in accordance with all national and local government authorities to ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational effectiveness related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. 

Americans with Disabilities Act Conformance

Each exhibitor shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act within its booth and assigned exhibit space, including, but not limited to, wheelchair access provisions.
