The TSHA Annual Convention & Exhibition gathers more than 2,500 speech-language pathologists, audiologists, consumers, and speakers from Texas and the surrounding states. Each year, attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors look forward to the convention, which serves as an exchange of ideas, information, and technology-related disciplines.

Digital Advertising

	Registration Email Banner Ad | $2,500 Your choice of a custom branded banner ad in the TSHA 2026 Attendee Registration Confirmation Email that every attendee receives along with a hyperlink to your site! Your ad will be prominently displayed at the bottom of the email for a lasting impression in front of 2,500 attendees before Convention.
	General Session Slide | $3,000 As attendees take their seats in the main ballroom for the two best-attended sessions at the conference, they will watch engaging slides on the wide center screen. Your ad will be viewed at least five times before each general session. A template will be provided.
	Mobile App Banner | $1,500 Advertise your company by placing a banner on the official TSHA 2026 mobile app..
.	"Know Before You Go" Email Banner | $1,000 Your choice of a custom branded banner ad in the “Know Before you Go” email that every attendee receives along with a hyperlink to your site! Your ad will be prominently displayed at the bottom of the email for a lasting impression before Convention.
	Daily Attendee Email Banner | $1,000 per day Your customized banner ad will be placed at the top of daily newsletter reaching 2,500 attendees every morning of each Conference Day.
	Mobile App Push Notifications | $600 TSHA sends push notifications throughout Convention to let attendees know about key events taking place. Have a sale at your booth you want to promote or a private drawing you want to tell attendees about? Get your company message out and get attendees to your booth by purchasing a sponsored push notification!

Branding 

	Attendee Notebook | $10,000 Attendees need a place to take notes while they network and learn throughout the Annual Conference! Sponsorship includes your company logo placed on the cover of an executive portfolio that will be distributed to attendees through the registration bags. TSHA will order and brand on your behalf.
	Column Wraps | $4,000 Our column wraps offer a high-impact, visually striking way to capture the attention of conference attendees, ensuring your brand stands out in the bustling conference environment.
	Registration Area Branding | $3,000 Your company’s branding will adorn the badge pickup desks and each badge printing kiosk.
	Floor Decal | $2,000 Placed on the floor in high traffic areas in the convention center, help drive traffic to your booth!
	Way Finding Map | $1,200 Help attendees navigate the exhibit hall with a way finding map prominently posted at the front of the hall. The way finding map will feature the exhibit hall floor plan, with your booth highlighted, as well as your company logo and booth number featured immediately below the map so that attendees know where to find you!
	Product Preview | $1,000 Present your products before Convention even starts! Purchase a tabletop space next to registration to preview your new products or sales. Each space includes signage with your company logo and booth number. All sales must be conducted in the Exhibit Hall during open hours (Thursday and Friday, Limit 1 per day).

Promotional Items 

	Conference Lanyard | $8,000 Make a statement and get your company name/logo at the forefront of everyone’s mind by sponsoring the Convention lanyard. Badges must be worn at all times within the convention center. Sponsor is responsible for production, shipping/handling charges of lanyards.
	Pens | $6,000 The pen is still a mighty tool even in today's digital world. Be a part of the key takeaways our attendees will jot down from all of their essential learnings during the conference. TSHA will order and brand on your behalf.

Booth Traffic Drivers

	Chocoholic Break | $5,000 Who doesn't like chocolate? Your team or volunteers can be stationed at the entrance to the hall to welcome attendees or roam throughout the hall while passing out chocolate bars. Your company will also be promoted as the exclusive Chocoholic Break sponsor in the mobile app, push notifications, and onsite signage.
	Antique Popcorn Cart | $7,500 This unique sponsorship opportunity combines nostalgia and engagement, drawing conference-goers to your brand with the irresistible aroma of freshly popped popcorn.
	Snack Break - Cookies or Dessert Bars | $4,000 Sponsorship includes snack bar placement near your booth during the break of your choice. Includes table set-up near your booth with signage and mobile app push notifications to drive attendees.
	Coffee Break | $800 Sponsorship includes coffee station placement near your booth (if space allows) during the break of your choice. If you want to enhance the station near you with additional beverages or snacks please contact us for menu options.
	Photo Booth - Headshot Lounge | $15,000 Provide a professional headshot to all attendees, including graduate students preparing to enter their careers. Headshot Lounge sponsorship includes professional lighting, equipment, and photographer.
	Photo Booth (Simplified) | $4,000 The step and repeat background and a collection of fun props will allow attendees to have a DIY photoshoot in the Exhibit Hall. This sponsorship includes branding on the step and repeat structure and props.
	Passport to Prizes | $600 Drive traffic to your booth by participating in the very popular Passport to Prizes game. Attendees will need to visit each booth on the passport card to receive a stamp to be entered to win prizes. Guarantee visitors by participating in the challenge.
	Exhibit Hall Announcement | Inquire Inform attendees in the Exhibit Hall of the exciting happenings at your booth. Ensure increased traffic through a 20-second announcement scripted exactly as you would like.

Networking and Thought Leadership Opportunities

	Industry Symposia | $8,000 Share your expertise with attendees in an engaging 60-minute session. Your session will be highlighted in the conference agenda and will be open to all attendees. For optimal lead generation, attendee badge scanners are available for rent. F&B not included but can be added on.

	Friendship Bracelet Making Station | $3,500 This engaging activity will allow SLPs to create bracelets for themselves or their colleagues. This sponsorship will attract attendees, enhance your brand's visibility, and create a positive and memorable impression.
	Keynote Sponsorship | $7,500 Highlight your company by welcoming the TSHA Keynote. Sponsorship includes an introduction of the speaker, slide in rotating deck, and your company logo on pre-conference materials and signage.
	Pre/Post-Show Attendee List | $2,000 (Bundle) - Does Not Include Emails List includes name of attendees and mailing address (email address not included on the list). A great way to connect with your target market!
