Eligibility to Exhibit:
Exhibits are a vital extension of the continuing education program of TSHA. TSHA reserves the right to determine eligibility of any company wishing to exhibit. The acceptance of a product or service for exhibit does not constitute an endorsement by TSHA. TSHA may deny or revoke eligibility based on violation of any policy set forth in the exhibit terms and conditions or for any action determined to detract from the character of the exhibition.
Deposit and Payment Policy:
Onsite Registration: A deposit of 50% of the cost of requested exhibit space must be received by August 15, 2017 in order to confirm your selection. Balance of fees is due no later than December 1, 2017.
Regular Registration: A deposit of 50% of the cost of requested exhibit space must be received within 30 days of the initial invoice in order to confirm your selection. Balance of fees will be due no later than December 1, 2017.
Late Registration: For registration after December 1, 2017 full payment is due within 30 days of invoice or by February 1, 2018, whichever comes first.
Cancellation Policy:
Exhibitors who cancel their reserved booth space prior to December 1, 2017 will receive a full refund of their exhibit fees, less a 25% processing fee. Exhibitors who cancel after December 1, 2017 will receive no refund. Booth fees are nontransferable and cannot be put toward future TSHA Conventions. No exceptions will be made as this is a binding agreement.
Exhibit Hall Floor Plan:
The Exhibit Hall Floor Plan can be viewed online here. Your company will be listed on the Floor Plan exactly as it is listed on the Application to Exhibit. Payment of a deposit of 50% of the cost of requested exhibit space must be received in order to confirm your selection. If the 50% deposit is not received by February 1, 2018 you will be removed from the Floor Plan.
General Services Contractor Information:
The Expo Group is the Official General Services Contractor of 2018 TSHA Conference. Other official show suppliers are listed on the “Exhibitor Services Directory” page of the Manual. The Expo Group will maintain an Exhibitor Service Center located in the exhibit hall. They are responsible for providing labor services, custom signs, furniture rentals, booth carpeting, and shipping/ drayage/storage for exhibit materials. Forms for these services, as well as electrical and phone service order forms will be included in your exhibitor decorator kit sent via email once we have received payment in full. You will not be able to receive your exhibitor services kit or make arrangements for show services until full payment is made to TSHA.
Early Dismantle/Tear-Down Penalty:
At the request of TSHA members and TSHA insurance requirements, exhibit booths must remain set-up and open until the close of the exhibit hall at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Violation of this policy will automatically exclude your organization from priority booth space selection for the next year’s convention and negatively affect your booth space selection for future TSHA events. No exceptions will be made.
Exhibitor Logistics and Questions:
A complete logistical packet, including answers to frequently asked questions, will be provided to all exhibitors in Fall 2017. As we near TSHA 2018 and additional information becomes available, such as online registration, housing, and show services, TSHA will provide all exhibitors with updated logistics information. We kindly ask that you thoroughly review all provided logistics information to ensure you are informed of all communicated details.
You may view a recording of the pre-show Exhibitor Webinar here.
