The mission of our Association is to empower speech-language pathologists and audiologists in the spirit of partnership with consumers and families. The TSHA is committed to achieving excellence in education, professional development, and leadership through the application of the human and financial resources of the association.
To become a new TSHA member, review the membership options below and sign-up using our easy online form. TSHA Membership is from January 1st to December 31st.
If you join today your membership will expire December 31, 2019.
Active - $105
Membership level for professionals who hold 1) a graduate degree with a major emphasis in speech-language pathology, audiology, or speech, language, or hearing science; or 2) a graduate degree and present evidence of active research, interest, and performance in the field of human communication.
Associate - $100
Membership level for professionals who hold a bachelor's degree in the professions of speech-language pathology and/or audiology or education of the hearing impaired, or other professions concerned with human communication and its disorders.
Affiliate - $70
This membership level is for any interested party who does not qualify for Active or Associate Membership.
Student - $25
For students with a minimum of (6) credit hours. Students must identify the program coordinator to verify status.
Membership level for those that are age 65+ and have been an active TSHA member for 20 years. Please note that approval is required for this membership level. To join as a Lifetime Member, please contact email@example.com.

After January 31 a $20 late fee for Active, Associate, and Affiliate membership renewals and a $10 fee for Student membership renewals is applicable.
Dues payments are deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Under IRS rules IR-93-98 and notice 93-55, the government requires exempt organizations to estimate the percentage of a member’s dues utilized for lobbying purposes. It has been determined that 50% of TSHA dues are not deductible as a business expense under IRS rules.
