Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - The Hearing Center at Dell Children's

Position Description:
Our multidisciplinary team at The Hearing Center at Dell Children's in Austin is seeking a full-time or part-time (up to 30 hours) Auditory-Verbal (AV) Therapist/Educator (either SLP or Audiology licensed) for immediate hire, preferably bilingual Spanish-Speaking. We would consider an SLP, CF, or SLPA with Listening and Spoken Language experience or exposure (even if not AV certified). Work hours can be flexible. Dell Children's benefits are excellent (ex: health insurance, retirement, CEU stipend). Our fast-growing cochlear implant team includes the following professionals: audiology, SLP, AVT/Ed, embedded psychology, social work, and otology. We currently provide a mix of teletherapy and in-person therapy sessions. Our clinical team has monthly meetings with community support staff to help manage patients (e.g., ECI, educational, and private providers). We also have two certified LSL providers on our team (for applicants not quite finished with certification or interested in pursuing this). Our hospital pays for CEU training time (when needed for licensure or for pursuing AV certification).
