Registration and Housing

TSHA is excited to offer a reduced registration and housing rate for student members and non-members. Secure your spot today and book your housing before the block sells out.

Students have a block of rooms at the Sherton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel for $129/night + tax and fees. Limited number of rooms available. This discounted rate is exclusively available to attendees registered for TSHA Convention with the student registration type. Please register for Convention first in order to book your room.

TSHA Spirit Day Activities

Friday, February 23 marks Spirit Day at Convention! Support your University or Alma Mater and come dressed sporting your University apparel. Join in the fun with games and networking! Exhibitors interested in donating a prize, please send an email to convention@txsha.org.

Meet and Greet

The Meet and Greet will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the Exhibit Hall. Show your school spirit and join us to network with current students, alumni, and professors of Texas universities. Each school will receive (1) 6' table and (2) chairs.

Tailgate

The Tailgate will be held from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. Undergraduate and graduate students get the opportunity to play games, have fun and win prizes. Registration is not required for this event.
 

Praxis Bowl

The Praxis Bowl will be held from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Friday, February 23 and is free to all registered student attendees. Each University can have one team comprised of three graduate students, one alternate (optional), and one faculty representative. University teams must be submitted prior to Convention.
