This year, TSHA will award two different scholarships to assist in facilitating attendance to the annual convention. Scholarships will be applied toward convention registration.

Must be a TSHA member for at least 3 consecutive years.
Employer will NOT provide funding for its employees to attend the convention.

Must be a full-time student, in good standing, in an accredited university
program.
Must NOT be receiving funding from another source to attend the convention.

Recipient Expectations
TSHA 2024 Scholarship recipients will be expected to meet onsite for a photo. Following TSHA 2024, scholarship recipients will be required to submit a headshot, a copy of their CEU log following convention (TSHA Member Scholarship recipients), and a meaningful statement reflecting on the recipient’s favorite part of the convention and/or how their professional practice was advanced. This statement may be used in the Communicologist.

To apply for a TSHA 2024 Scholarship, applicants must complete the application linked below, which includes submitting a meaningful statement addressing how attending the TSHA convention will further their professional development. Applications for TSHA 2024 Scholarships will remain open through November 30 at 11:59pm CT. Selected recipients will be notified by December 18.
