TSHA's Annual Convention & Exhibition gathers more than 2,500 speech-language pathologists, audiologists, consumers, and speakers from Texas, and around the country. These folks are looking for ideas, information, and new technology. Snag your spot in our Exhibit Hall and get to know them during dedicated hours daily!

Booth Rates

For-Profit Exhibitors: $1,345
Non-Profit Exhibitors: $800
ISDs & Private Primary/Secondary Schools: $600

What's Included in your 10' x 10' Exhibit Booth:

• 8’ high black drape with 3’ high wing dividers
• 7” x 44” ID sign
• One (1) Wastebasket
• One (1) 6' Table
• Two (2) Chairs

Registrations

Each exhibitor will receive a total of three (3) complimentary Exhibitor badges per 10’x10’ sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased which includes access to the Exhibit Hall. Additional Exhibit Hall-only badges cost $40.

Booth Selection - Save the Date! 

Please save the date for our upcoming virtual Space Selection on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. On this day, you will have a designated appointment time to log on and select your booth from our live floorplan. More communications regarding Space Selection and appointment times will be sent out to contracted companies in early November.

Eligibility to Exhibit 

The Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor for inclusion in the Event and to prohibit an exhibitor from conducting and maintaining an exhibit if, in the sole judgment of TSHA, the exhibitor or exhibit or proposed exhibit shall in any respect be deemed unsuitable. Exhibitor’s eligibility to exhibit in the Event must remain in effect from the time of submission of the Contract to the time of the Event and should TSHA determine that Exhibitors no longer eligible to exhibit at the Event (though previously deemed eligible), TSHA may notify the Exhibitor and may terminate this Contract without liability upon written notice to Exhibitor.

Payment Policy

Full payment of the cost of the requested exhibit space, sponsorship and advertising must be received within 30 days of the invoice send date, in order to confirm your selection. Balance of fees will be due no later than January 9, 2023. For registration after January 9, 2023, full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of exhibit space must be directed via email to exhibits@txsha.org, provided that the cancelling Exhibitor/Sponsor obtains confirmation of the Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association’s receipt of the email. For cancellations of space or sponsorship received after Friday, January 6, 2023, Exhibitor is responsible for, and TSHA shall be entitled to retain, 100% percent of the total Exhibit Booth or Sponsorship Fee as a cancellation fee.
