TSHA's Annual Convention & Exhibition gathers more than 2,500 speech-language pathologists, audiologists, consumers, and speakers from Texas, and around the country. These folks are looking for ideas, information, and new technology. Snag your spot in our Exhibit Hall and get to know them during dedicated hours daily!

For-Profit Exhibitors: $1,295
Non-Profit Exhibitors: $750

Registrations
Each exhibitor will receive a total of four full conference registrations to gain access to the full event inclusive of sessions, networking opportunities and the exhibit hall.
Eligibility to Exhibit
The Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor for inclusion in the Event and to prohibit an exhibitor from conducting and maintaining an exhibit if, in the sole judgment of TSHA, the exhibitor or exhibit or proposed exhibit shall in any respect be deemed unsuitable. Exhibitor’s eligibility to exhibit in the Event must remain in effect from the time of submission of the Contract to the time of the Event and should TSHA determine that Exhibitors no longer eligible to exhibit at the Event (though previously deemed eligible), TSHA may notify the Exhibitor and may terminate this Contract without liability upon written notice to Exhibitor.
Payment Policy
Full payment of the cost of the requested exhibit space, sponsorship and advertising must be received within 30 days of the invoice send date, in order to confirm your selection. Balance of fees will be due no later than January 10, 2022. For registration after January 10, 2022, full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Exhibitors who participated in onsite space selection in 2020 will have the option to transfer their booth fees to the 2022 TSHA Convention. Cancellations and full refunds can be made upon request until February 1st, 2022. Exhibitors who request to cancel after February 1, 2022, will receive no refund. No exceptions will be made as this is a binding agreement.
