Deposit and Payment Policy
Regular Registration: A deposit of 50% of the cost of requested exhibit space is due upon receipt of the invoice. All deposit invoices issued should be paid upon receipt.
Late Registration: For registration after October 1, 2018, full payment is due within 30 days of invoice or by February 1, 2019, whichever comes first.
Exhibitors who cancel their reserved booth space prior to October 1, 2018, will receive a full refund of their exhibit fees, less a processing fee (For Profit: $275, Non-Profit: $150, ISD: $100). Exhibitors who cancel after October 1, 2018, will receive no refund. Booth fees are nontransferable and cannot be put toward future TSHA Conventions. No exceptions will be made as this is a binding agreement.
