Stuttering is a disorder that affects over 3 million people in the US. Currently, 1.5 million people in the US are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and many of those exhibit speech issues as well. This session will review how technology has been used for years to help treat fluency issues, and how this technology has changed and improved over the years.
