REPORTING PERIOD FOR 2012 CONVENTION CEs IS NOW CLOSED

The reporting period for entering TSHA CEs earned at the 2012 TSHA Convention has past. If you still wish to earn TSHA CEs for Convention, you will need to appeal to TSHA’s Continuing Education Processor.

The fee for an appeal is $25. If you choose to appeal, follow these steps:

1. Write a letter addressed to the TSHA State Office (or email to tshaceprocessor@gmail.com) including an explanation of why you have not requested CEs previously, and that you are requesting that CEs be awarded now.
   
   
2. Enclose a list of Convention sessions you attended with the following information about each.
1. Session number
2. Session title
3. Day and time of session
   
   
3. Enclose a check payable to TSHA for $25 and send these items to:
   P.O. Box 94390
   Lubbock, TX 79493-4390

4. You will be notified as soon as the CE Processor has taken action. It normally takes 1-2 weeks for an appeal to be decided and CEs to appear on your record.

Please note the deadline for submitting your Convention hours to ASHA has past. If you are a current TSHA member your Convention hours will be entered into the TSHA CE Registry.
