Long-Range Planning
The TSHA Executive Board meets annually to review and evaluate TSHA's long-range goals. The desired outcome for the meeting is to define a direction for the Association that is clear, concise, measurable, do-able, and concentrated/focused on just a few priorities. The most recent Strategic Plan was evaluated and updated at the January 2008 TSHA Executive Board meeting. This document provides a summary of the work done by the Executive Board toward meeting the desired outcome, describes the planning process utilized, the work accomplished during the meeting, and identifies next steps for the TSHA Board and Council to take in completing the long-range plan.
